EMPLOYMENT STATUS

 

Full time.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

• Follow the policies and procedures established by the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements;

• Participate actively in the achievement of objectives and goals, set by the company to the line or segment;

• Address the requirements and legal programs (PCMSO, PPRA, Radiation Protection Program);

• Consciously act in service of programs and corporate goals of environment;

• Supervise the movement of inputs and outputs imported materials and local purchases that are received are in the warehouse, including emissions of tax documents;

• Supervise the archive system;

• Monitor the logistics of loading and unloading of parts, products and equipment involving the boats;

• Supervise and monitor the packaging and storage of parts and products;

• Supervise and monitor the inventory control: physical and financial stocks of parts, products and direct saving materials;

• Monitor storage and waste disposal of generated at the base, such as drums and empty drums / contaminated and PPE;

• Check the personal protective equipment (PPE) of the Company's employees;

• Oversee the issuing of documents related to the products controlled by the Federal Police;

• Supervise sending tax documents for accounting and the sector accounts payable;

• Make the receptions of imported materials and national chemicals in the JDE system;

• Monitoring / quarterly participation of inventoried items.

 

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

 

Technical High School in Business Administration or Accounting Desirable Higher Education in Business Administration or Accounting

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

 

4 years experience in related activities
