KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Identify and implement savings initiatives, coordinating projects to improve the use of resources (energy, labor and performance of suppliers).
- Control the budget and expenditures of the area.
- Prepare monthly cash flow, consolidate spending, verify costs (fixed and variable) and assist in carrying out provisions.
- Prepare financial reports and submit to management.
- Apply full periodic inspection procedures for the facility.
- Check the building maintenance, repairs, services and projects.
- Coordinate subsidies for carrying out preventive actions in all categories (cleaning, maintenance, reception, pouch, furniture, etc.) through measurement and performance criteria, develop graphical reports that can help in the decision making process.
- Keeping track of costs and payments and be able to explain variations which happen to occur between budget done and planned.
- Monitor and discuss with management the annual budget.
- Coordinate the procurement of suppliers and associated services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing property management projects, where appropriate, to evaluate new facilities or new projects.
- Identify needs, submit for approval and follow the steps necessary for the proper operation and use of property and utilities facilities.
- Ensure compliance with the working systems for various demands in order to set standards, maintain control and ensure the safety and reliability of the information.
- Ensure compliance with the KPIs.
- Monitor and continuously review the operating performance and operating costs of contracted providers, compare the prices prevailing in the market, seek economies.
- Prepare and analyze requests outlet prices/tenders for procurement of services, purchase of materials and equipment necessary for the operation of the entire portfolio under their responsibility.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Training - Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years .
- Required experience in Facilities Management and Business and building infrastructure management large and medium sized companies.
- Desirable experience in the oil and gas area.
- Required experience in third party management contracts related to financial/accounting and people management.
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel package.
- Required English Intermediate to advanced.
- Excellent communication with all organization levels.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
