KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
- Coordinate the activities related to waste the company's operations carried out in Brazil, from activities related to the collection, transport, handling, treatment until disposal and / or recycling of waste.

- Work with coordinating the activities of the area's employees.

- Update records and report key indicators of area.

- Coordinate the preparation process for issuing environmental permits.

- Plan and conduct training and awareness campaigns of company employees.

- Financially Manage executed projects.

- Prepare reports effluent monitoring.

- To analyze, study, develop and implement projects or reports of sustainability and greener practices within the Compania in order to rationalize the natural resources of activity and ensure that its actions to protect the environment.

- Reduce costs of the areas involved;

- Participate in fairs and forums;

- Follow the policies and procedures established by the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements;

- Actively participate in achieving the objectives and goals, set by the company to the line or segment;

- Meet the legal requirements and programs (PCMSO, PPRA, Radiation Protection Program);

- Act conscientimente in fulfilling the programs and corporate goals of the environment;

- Coordinate the process of care of environmental legal requirements at the grassroots, working in the implementation of the corporate environmental management system;

- Ensure resources Baker Hughes to meet environmental guidelines set corporately;

- Environmentally evaluate all projects of service licenses and customer requirements;

- Responsible for environmental licensing of the company, acting as support of regional HSE coordinators;

- Represent the company at environmental bodies (IBAMA, state environmental organ) with respect to environmental permits within the Brazilian territory;

- Ensure the environmental performance of Baker Hughes at national level;

- Consolidate the information matrix of environmental risks;

- To support the service lines for the implementation of environmental guidelines set corporately or by legal counsel;

- Ensure the environmental performance of the company-wide Brazil.
 
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
 
Bachelor of Environmental Engineering and / or Chemical Engineering.
Desirable graduate / MBA in the area of Petroleum and Gas
Fluent English and Spanish desirable.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
 
 Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a manager in this function.
