Manager HSES - Gerente QHSE
Job Description

- Developing audit protocols for internal and external audits
- Assist in interpretation of maritime law
- Organising and conducting internal HSES audits based on requirements of Level II and Level III procedures
- Organising and conducting external HSES audits based on subcontractor audit plan jointly with QA/QC
- Organising and conducting vendor / subcontractor prequalification audits
- Conducting HSES assurance audits, including physical inspection of subcontractor vessels, offices, warehouses and workshops for compliance to Company HSES requirements
- Reviewing and evaluating subcontracotr vessel HSES plans and procedures
- Participation at HSES audits by corporate HSES and client HSES teams
- Reviewing and updating HSES Assurance Plan; development and update of HSES Assurance schedule
- Preparation and distribution of reports for audits undertakens, including CARs and NCRs when required
- Updating Central Action Tracking Register, monitoring close out of audit actions
- Providing technical and commercial inputs for bids and proposals
- Liasing with marine management and subcontractor HSES personnel
- Liasing with port captains, harbour authorities and marine transport services pertaining Company marine transport HSES requirements
- Participation in accident/incident investigations and completing reports
- Providing technical advice on HSES assurance matters
- Attending Company and/or client meetings as required
- Providing assistance and support to HSES Team members as and when required

Job Requirements
Education: Preferred HSES related degree (e.g. MSc or BSc); Internationally recognized certificate or diploma in Occupational HSE, lead auditor qualification;
work experience: 10 years in construction, oil or gas industry with 5 years overseas experience
