The role has responsibility for owning and leading the effective application of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the business. The QMS leader is also responsible for enhancing the Quality Management System to a level of strong commitment from the organization and their clear understanding of how the QMS supports the business needs and goals. | |
Lead by example. Promote the Quality message, both internally and externally. Own, manage, and monitor the ISO requirements. Drive compliance and leverage best practices to build the QMS infrastructure for business excellence and execution. Coordinate Oil & Gas and Subsea Systems QMS activities as required by the Quality Leader. Lead the improvement of the document management system through the creation of "wing-to-wing" process mapping and clearly defined document hierarchy. Document all known quality issues and audit findings. Perform data analysis and monitor trends within the business. Drive quick and effective closure of the Audit Findings. Help the case owners with guidance, advice and training to resolve issues within 90 days. Responsible for achieving "0" cases >90 days old, and a case aging P95 less than 90 days. Perform duties as an internal quality auditor and RCA (root cause analysis) leader. Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in quality audits to assess compliance to standards. Provide leadership for registrar, customer and internal audits. Support implementation of the appropriate Quality Management System (QMS) changes across P&Ls and functions to ensure compliance. Develop and maintain QMS compliance scorecard(s), metrics, and training. Provide key inputs for the Quality Management Review (QMR). Be the focal point and subject matter expert for all related Gensuite activities. | |
Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar. Minimum 5 years' experience in QMS role or a total of 7 years' experience combining QMS role and continuous improvement role. Presentation skills Ability to motivate others and achieve results Ability to execute in a dynamic environment Ability to work with cross-functional teams and different levels of the organization Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Problem solving skills Self starter Advanced or fluency in English |
