ABOUT THIS JOB
The Facilities Specialist is responsible for ensuring the continuity of the administrative services of Baker Hughes. The employee will be based in Macaé (Lagomar) and will report directly to the base manager. This position provides the opportunity to face new and different challenges for the administrative routines of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Management of the following outsourced or internal Baker Hughes services: Reception, Cleaning, Security, Maintenance, Gardening, Waste Collection, Emergency Repair
· Follow-up work for Licenses with Fire and City Hall
Monitoring Facilities costs
· Repair and Maintenance Plannin
· Purchase Requirement Issue
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Desirable Bachelor´s degree in Administration)
· Experience in administrative proceedings cited.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
· Strong computer skills.
· Strong communication skills: good relations with employees and supervisory
experience.
· Knowledge of SAP.
