KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

 

• Provide support PLM with accurate data to define strategies short, medium and long term.

• Ensure that the Tubular Services operations are aligned with the business plan and the strategy of integrated BHI services.

• Manage assets and inventory aimed at increasing capital efficiency.

• Work closely with operations and maintenance in order to distribute resources (equipment and personnel) efficiently and in order to compensate for variations in activity.

• Be the focal point of Tubular Services in interaction with BH support sectors.

• Ensure that the Tubular Services operations are within the standards and according to the procedures of BH.

• Identify, develop and retain talent by establishing performance indicators and monitoring, and providing professional development opportunities for staff under their responsibility.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

 

•Technical Level / Desirable Superior level in Engineering or equivalent.

• Fluent English

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

 

 

• Minimum of 5 years in the oil, desirable knowledge in columns handling operations (drill pipe, completion and coating).

• Desirable 3 years experience in coordinating role.

• Knowledge of the needs and market conditions. Basic knowledge of business practices in the oil sector, including strategic planning, budgeting and personnel.
