About the Company

Our Client is a big international Company in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

·         SIT (Site IntegrationTest) preparation from performance, operability, maintenance and offshore integration/start-up perspective
·         Operations Manuals review
·         Spares review
·         Computerized Maintenance Management System review
·         Setting up of local contracts / Vendors call-out agreement for interventions in Brazil (with Unit manager)
·         Witness of SIT and OTP sign-off
·         Preparations for RIS final offshore commissioning in Brazil
·         Coordination for RIS Hand-over and acceptance
·         Training of RIS dedicated personnel in simulator in Brazil
·         Preparing, coordinating and managing RIS activities on board the FPSO
·         Supervision of the Maintenance activities related to RIS to ensure the RIS permanente system is available for an intervention
·         Direct supervision of function check, and campaign maintenance and recertification activities performed by third parties
·         Interfacing with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR in order to prepare all documentation and mobilize personnel for an intervention in line with the FPSO Management System
·         Conducting safety meetings and ensuring all plans and permits are in place for the work in liaison with Client RIS personnel and FPSO management
·         Preparing the RIS to receive the temporary equipment for the intervention
·         Supervision of Loading temporary equipment from the supply boat to the RIS work áreas with the crane, including crane operations
·         Operation of the skidding system
·         Operation of the draw works, crane and hoists during the intervention
·         Operation of the permanent rig tongs (if applicable)
·         Supervision of Offloading equipment to the supply boat and housekeeping of the work place
·         Preparing daily reports of activities and reporting to FPSO Operations Management Offshore and Onshore.

What we are looking for

·         Mechanical Engineering qualification required
·         Fluent English and Portuguese
·         10 years minimum experience Oil & Gas offshore operations ideally acquired while working for a large international operator
·         Valid BOSIET & HUET
·         Exemplary HSE leadership and knowledge of industry standards
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Team leadership capabilities
·         Completion, testing and maintenance experience
·         Excellent knowledge of Risk assessment tool and Permit to work system
·         Project management skills
