KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
 
• Act with planning, organization and execution of general human resources activities (training and development, recruitment and selection, compensation, and personnel administration).

• Follow the policies and procedures established by the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements;

• Participate actively in the achievement of objectives and goals, set by the company for the line or segment;


• Act conscientimente in meeting the corporate goals and programs of the environment; Meet legal requirements and programs (PCMSO, PPRA, Radiation Protection Program);


• Carry out activities aimed at creating processes and search for best practices. Check retention programs, succession and performance evaluation, considering mapping and identifying talent. Deploy new systems of remuneration.

• Advise the various managements, acting as an internal consultant, aiming to support interpersonal relationships and ensure proper communication at all levels through the resources available.


• Facilitating organizational change through the development of leadership and engagement in the best management practices. Support decision making about people through monitoring and coaching of internal customers.

• Promote a customer-centric culture within the areas - client through discussions and directions leadership.


• Facilitate the construction of high-performance teams, collaborative and entrepreneurs. Ensure coherence and consistency in the implementation of human resource processes: compensation, recruitment, training and communication.

• Promote a culture of meritocracy by conducting the performance review committees, calibration and talent management.


• To promote the company's values ​​through climate surveys and implementation of action plans for engagement.

• Align with other areas of human resources which the most effective processes to meet customer needs and how to lead.

• Understand labor legislation.
 
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
 
 Higher Education in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or related fields. Desirable Post Graduate (MBA and / or expertise). Fluent English. Spanish desirable.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
 
Minimum 8 years experience in human resources generalist. Perform organizational development, evaluation potential, retain people, talent management, succession planning, knowledge of positions and salaries and control indicators. Knowledge in Office, Excel and Power Point Advanced package.
