EMPLOYMENT STATUS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

 Under general supervision, may tear down, relocate and set up modular and or conventional furniture and equipment. Protects the furniture and work site from damage during installation/relocation. Performs preventive maintenance as well as general maintenance on furniture and equipment. Assists with inventory control through completion of standard procedures such as parts requests, repair schedules, shipment delivery, and receipt logs. May perform minimum plumbing, electrical, and or mechanical maintenance on building and fixtures. Uses a wide variety of hand and power tools. Handles special projects, as assigned.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

 

 High School Diploma or equivalent. 4+ years experience

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

 

Ability to repair and maintain an administrative facility. Light analytical skills.
