EMPLOYMENT STATUS
Full time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepare equipment for maintenance, positioning it on easels, stands,
directing their movement in the shed or patio, providing its historical and reports
of failures, to enable their recovery on Base or off;
Examine the status and functions of tools / equipment, situations of occurrence
of breakdowns, making use of specific software, to check the condition of
identifying operation or defects generated during the operation;
Check under supervision, the conditions of use of the tool, the sight of their hours
circulation, to identify needs for corrective or preventive maintenance;
Read and interpret technical procedures and specifications, manuals or instructions for validate parameters, tolerances and everything else necessary to perform their work;
Remove the equipment, using appropriate resources, to assess the conditions of and performing preventive maintenance operation;
Participate in the analysis of the occurrence of defects, observing and comparing indicators operation of capturing and transmitting data, in order to identify defects in tool;
Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of tools doing small repairs,
cleanings exchanges wiring, connectors and other electronic parts, to contribute to the maintenance work;
Check for damaged parts or replacements for submission to headquarters for
its restoration;
Prepare the tools for conducting external verification inspections of cracks
and wear of threads, doing cleaning and using specific products;
Perform, under supervision, measurements and calculations in equipment to fit within the established technical standards;
Perform, under supervision, verification testing, checking electronic components,
antennas, temperature limits, sensors, etc using simulators, conducting trials,
to contribute to their full operation;
Check the contents of the cabins (central control operations), checking the
Surface equipment (computer, display, etc.), cable boxes, among others,
to ensure the full operation of the system;
Operate equipment such as, forklift, crane, observing the requirements of
security to enable the handling of tools for the workshop;
Perform preventive maintenance of equipment used in the maintenance and bridge moving, compressors, tools, etc.
Comply with the instructions of the safety, health and environment policy using the protective equipment, avoid waste and unsafe or improper condition,
keeping involved with the control procedures;
Participate in the testing and assembly of new tools, paying attention to possible faults in shipment, to validate them for operation;
Prepare reports operational performance, test papers and historical
tools, submitting them.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Technical High School in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Automation and Industrial Maintenance.
Intermediate English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Not desirable experience.
